We have an incredible cook book author to share with you this week, Molly Gilbert, creator of the popular website, Dunk & Crumble.
Molly is the author of a fun and innovative cook book which has become wildly popular for both the novice and experienced, “Sheet Pan Suppers”. As a former cooking instructor, private chef, recipe tester and chocolatier, Molly has created a way to cook very tasty meals by utilizing one sheet pan and ultimately saving her readers time in the kitchen.
Getting her start with blogging for her website Dunk & Crumble, Molly has been communicating her passion and love of food for several years through both her writing as well as her mouthwatering photography. Focusing on seasonally-fresh, well balance and occasionally indulgent meals, Molly’s website is a great resource of recipes and a place of inspiration!
Molly has recently ventured in to the world of podcasting as co-host of the podcast, And Eat It Too!, where she explores food-related issues and current topics.
Based out of the Pacific Northwest, in the beautiful city of Seattle, Molly is a burgeoning home gardener exploring the fun of growing some of her own produce though she still enjoys frequent trips to her local farmers market.
